Vitamins for skin

 Vitamin E: 1 teaspoon of baking soda mixed with one capsule of Vitamin E. Pierce the capsule into the baking soda making a paste. Apply it to the lips, leave it on a minute or two. Take a warm washcloth and hold it on the lips for a minute, then scrub off.
Vitamin B: is good for dry skin and cracked lips. Take one 50 mg daily and your skin will improve.
Vitamin C: This antioxidant vitamin stimulates your skin's production of collagen and elastin fibers, making it firmer and more elastic.
Vitamin A: Derivatives of vitamin A known as retinoids may be the only reliable wrinkle-fighter on the skin care market. Retinoids also help repair sun damage and prevent the development of actinic keratosis, a type of precancerous skin growth.
